Pink Guava Jelly

Serves 4 | Time: 8 Hours

Ingredients

  1. 10g Konnyaku Powder
  2. 5x Pink Guava Coconut Water Ice Bars 80g
  3. 550ml Water
  4. Fruits of your preference

Method

  1. Thaw 5 Smooze Pink Guava Coconut Water Ice Bars with 550ml water over low heat, then bring the mixture to a slight boil.
  2. Add 10g of Konnyaku Powder and mix well.
  3. Stir until the konnyaku powder has completely dissolved.
  4. Cool the mixture to room temperature.
  5. Add any fruits of your liking into a jelly mould then pour the boiled mixture in the mould as well.
  6. Freeze for 5-6 hours before serving.
