Pink Guava Jelly
Serves 4 | Time: 8 Hours
- 10g Konnyaku Powder
- 5x Pink Guava Coconut Water Ice Bars 80g
- 550ml Water
- Fruits of your preference
- Thaw 5 Smooze Pink Guava Coconut Water Ice Bars with 550ml water over low heat, then bring the mixture to a slight boil.
- Add 10g of Konnyaku Powder and mix well.
- Stir until the konnyaku powder has completely dissolved.
- Cool the mixture to room temperature.
- Add any fruits of your liking into a jelly mould then pour the boiled mixture in the mould as well.
- Freeze for 5-6 hours before serving.
