Q. Is Smooze available offline?

A. Yes, Smooze vending machines can be found outside Sunshine Plaza and in Chinese Swimming Club. We are also available in selected Hao Mart stores islandwide. Check out the Contact Us page for the exact locations!

Q. What are your operating hours like?

A. Smooze is available online 24/7.

 

Q. Are you available on other digital platforms as well?

A. Yes, we are also available on Shopee and Redmart.

Q. Will I receive an order confirmation upon purchase?
A. Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please check your email to verify your address and order information.

Q. When can I expect my delivery to arrive?
A. Smooze sends out delivery orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

 

Q. Is there a cut off timing for ordering?

A. Yes, at 0930am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. After the stipulated time, your order will be delivered the following respective weekday.

 

Q. How do we ensure that your products stay frozen?

A. All our frozen treats will be delivered together with a gel pack; inside either a foil bag and/or a Smooze insulated bag.

 

Q. What are the delivery timings like?

A. Our customer service will be in touch with you to coordinate a timing most convenient and suitable for you.

Q. What if there was no one to receive the delivery?

A.  There will be an extra delivery charge of $10 to redeliver your goods in the event that no one was at your  location during the agreed timing to receive the goods.

 

Q. What should I do if I want to change the delivery timing or day?

A. Please let us know one business day in advance. Charges may apply for last minute changes. Kindly send us an email at hello@smooze.fun or Whatsapp us at +65 9611 1681 to notify us, and we can reschedule a timing for you from there.

Q. How can I return the product for a refund?
A. All products sold are non refundable unless damaged or are defected. Kindly contact our customer service at +65 9611 1681 within ONE day upon the receival of your order attaching pictures of the damaged goods and your order number.

A. In the event that the product is deemed damaged, Smooze will immediately proceed to send you a new order to replace or refund the cost of the damaged goods.

Q. What is the shelf life of Smooze products like?

A. As our products contain no preservatives or additives, consumption past their expiry date is not advisable. You can find the expiry dates of our Fruit Ice on each packaging respectively, in the YYYYMDD format. As for the Ice Bars, their expiry dates are located on the bottom of the box.

 

Q. How should I store my smooze products?

A. Our Fruit Ice products can be stored in a cool, dry locality at room temperature before freezing. Simply shake gently before freezing for at least 12 hours before serving. The recommended freezing time is 15 hours as this fully ensures that they are frozen solid; any less may result in the product not freezing completely. Once opened consume immediately. Do not refreeze once opened as it may result in contamination of the product.

A. For our Ice Bar series, please freeze them immediately if not done so. Keep frozen at -18 degrees or below. Once thawed, do not refreeze as it may result in contamination of the product.

Q. Are your products Halal Certified?

A. Yes, all Smooze products are halal certified except for our Sorbet series.

 

Q. Are your products suitable for vegan consumers?

A. Yes, we are strictly vegan friendly, all our products are made without the use of any form of animal products.

 

Q. Are you dairy free?

A. Yes, all our products are 100% made from coconut and fresh fruits puree.

 

Q. Are your products allergen free?

A. Yes, our Ice Bar and Fruit Ice ranges are completely gluten free, dairy free, nut free & egg free.

A. Our Sorbetto range is also vegan friendly, however as they are produced in a facility that handles nuts, please take note they may contain traces of nuts.

 

Q. What are Smooze products made of?

A. Our products are all made from coconut water, coconut cream or coconut milk depending on the series, with fresh fruit puree. This assures that we are as functional as we are healthy, providing a great deal of hydration as well as nutrients for your body.

 

Q. Do Smooze products contain any form of artificial colorings and/or flavorings?

A. No, it is our promise to you that we only create healthy frozen treats. We insist that there is nothing artificial in our products.
